It is the 1st Official Singapore WS Tournament with the support of Bushiroad Co.

Match Style : Modified Swiss-style Round with Top-8 Single Elimination play off

There will be :

The tournament procedures :
1. Preliminaries follow a modified Swiss system.
2. 1200 hour will be the gathering time for contestants, 1210 hour is the inspection and commencement of the play-offs will start at 1230 hour. Preliminaries will end at 1410 hour.
3. First match will be scheduled by the Organizing Committee.
4. Preliminary matches consists of 1 game.
-For every match won, 3 points are given.
-For every match tied, 1 point is given.
-For every match lost, 0 point is given.
-Matches that last more than 22 minutes are considered draw.
-A total of 4 matches will be played at least.
5. Players are given 3 minutes to report to the Game Master and commence on their next game.
6. Proceeding matches will be played against players of equal point standings (Eg. 4 points vs. 4 points)
7. Top 8 Elimination will begin at 1415 hour and end at 1440 hour
8. Top 8 Elimination matches consist of 1 game. The winner will gain semi-finalist status.
9. Semi-finals will begin at 1440 hour and end at 1540 hour.
10. Semi-final matches are best of 3 games. A total of 1 hour is granted for the maximum 3 games.
11. Finals will begin at 1540 hour and end with the champion at 1640 hour.
12. A prize presentation will be shortly after.

Rules and Regulation :
1.The Organizing Committee of the tournament reserves the right to change and/or withdraw any promotional cards and prizes without prior notice.
2.Promotional products and prizes given out are not for sale.
3.Players may be disqualified at the Organizing Committee's discretion.
4.Grounds for disqualification include but is not restricted as following :
-Cheating
-Inappropriate Behaviour
-Match Fixing, which includes purposely stalling time to draw
-Use of communication and/or Recording Device(s)
5.Disqualified and withdrawn players will neither be given a refund of their entry fee nor issued the participation promotional card.
6.Only 1 (One) deck may be used for all games.
7.Deck construct must adhere to official WS rules.
8.All official Bushiroad WS cards may be used.
9.Use of proxy card(s) is not allowed.
10.Players are required to submit their deck construct using a deck sheet provided on the day of the tournament. Players are not allowed to modify their decks once their deck sheet is submitted.
11.Late players may not be allowed to participate once the tournament starts.
12.No re-play of games are allowed in the tournament unless granted permission by judges.
13.Any arguments and/or queries over card abilities and/or rules can be brought up to the on-site judges.
14.Irreversible misuse of card abilities whether due to misinterpretation of cards or not will result in immediate loss in that game for the offending player.
15.Use of unofficial card translation are at the player's own risk. TCG does not recognize the legality of such translations.
16.Preliminary rounds will be honour based.
17.Game outcomes must be reported to the Game Master to be deemed valid.
18.If no game outcome is reported within 30mins after start, it shall be deemed a draw.
19.The winning player of each game gains 2 points and the losing players gains 0 point. Both players get 1 points each for draw games. Players with a game against a late or withdrawn player will be awarded a win in that game.
20.Game pairings will be provided by the Game Master and are not to be disputed.
21.Any complaints by players against their opponents must be brought up to the judges.
22.All decisions made by the judges are final and not to be disputed.
23.All provided information can be used by the Organising Committee for any reports to Bushiroad Company.
24.The Organising Committee's decision with regards to the tournaments are final.
